Concrete Refurbishment for 1970’s Roupell Estate

Roupell Park Estate is located in the London Borough of Lambeth and was built in the 1970s.

It was designed by Lambeth’s first Borough Architect, Ted Hollamby.

UKG worked on a 9-month concrete refurbishment project with Mears and their client Lambeth Council to renovate and regenerate the concrete components to the resident blocks within this estate. The required finish needed to complement the architect’s vision for this development.

Using Sika as our preferred concrete repair manufacturer we completed all works to repair and restore the concrete areas that would deliver an aesthetically pleasing finish, with a 15 year warranty.
